Back to the Grind Stone 17.04.2013
Happy Wednesday to you, I had a day of mixed emotions today which went like a roller-coaster  I had the day of milking today which means a nice lie in. I got up at 630am nice and refreshed.  I had some fencing duties on the farm which is always fun – getting paid to work out, what a great job. I was then asked by the manger if I could do the afternoon milking. That was fine with me; it just meant getting some shopping done earlier in the day. I went into my local town and got a feeling of Christmas morning, I have been waiting on a parcel coming from home and a pair of sunglasses I had ordered. (Which have now become my computer glasses) I have to collect mail in my local post office due to the remote area I am living. Two parcels I was delighted!

First session back in the gym in almost two months – (I had cracked ribs)
Absolutely delighted to be feeling well enough for a gym session and even happier that the gym in the local town has everything and more for me to get my session in. First session back I wanted to test where I am fitness wise. This is how it went.

I felt very refreshed after the gym session.
I went home then to some slow cooked leg of lamb, goat’s cheese and some fermented vegetables.

I had time to get some more fencing in before the afternoon milking. I had an absolute mare; digging a hole I hit a water pipe. Well should be fun fixing that tomorrow!
Take Care
